Rustins Quick Drying Primer and Undercoat is for use on indoor and out work.

Used as a primer it is suitable for new and bare wood, MDF, plaster, brickwork and cement.

It has high opacity and can be used as undercoat on primed or painted surfaces.

Can be overpainted with water or solvant based finishing paints.

Surface dry in 30 mins, recoatable after a minimum of 2hrs depending on temperature and humidity.
